Sloppy Joes
It's hard to resist sloppy joes "you kids like em sloppy!"
These whip up quickly, so it's an easy weeknight meal for those days when we have 30 min.
They are also super easy to make ahead, and then reheat during the week.
The recipe I followed did contain ketchup, which isn't on the diet. Next time I make them I'll hopefully have a tasty, and clean, substitute!

This recipe called for 1/3 cup of brown sugar. I replaced that with about 3 TBS of honey.
For the kiddos I'll grab some grands biscuits, add filling & some cheese. Follow the directions on the biscuits for cooking temp and time. We call them "hamburger pockets" in the house. Kids gobble these up!
