Turkey Burgers
It's hard to make the boys happier than giving them "hamburgers" for dinner!
The guys eat these faster than we can make them & they are healthy (shh, don't tell them!).

Ingredients:
Ground Turkey 1 lb
Garlic Powder 1TBS
Onion Powder 1TBS
Worcestershire Sauce 1TBS
Salt & Pepper to taste
EVOO 1TBS
*When I'm doing a challenge, I normally eat these without the bun (I would rather have a glass of red!), but they are tasty on whole grain pitas or those little flat whole wheat sandwich bun.
I top them with some dill yogurt dressing and diced tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado....
Directions:
Combine the turkey & spices in a bowl.
Form each into patties.
I normally make them slider size (silver dollar) and pretty flat.
It allows them to cook more evenly.
Nothing is better than on the grill, but in the winter (or if it's too much bother with the grill) we break out the cast iron skillet.
Heat up the EVOO, and then add 2 or 3 burgers, depending on how much space you have.
Don't crowd them, everyone likes some space :-)
Let them brown up on one side, and then flip to the other.
Add cheese if you like (pepper jack goes well & it's approved!)
Top with dressing and veggies of choice (or whatever is in the fridge!)
