Broccoli Cheese Soup!
Bowen has been asking for broccoli cheese soup for a few weeks at this point, I Just finally got around to making some
It uses almost all green containers!
Blue container depending on the cheese, i didn't put too much in the large pot, individually added so the kids (and Seth) would be cheesier!
I put 1/2 in the freezer for later!

I didn't really change the recipe much.
- coconut oil to sauté the carrots and onions in.
- added in about 1/2 to 1 cup extra chicken stock. In hind site I would have left it out to make the soup creamier.
- used and immersion blender to make it smooth and creamy after the veggies were soft.
- cooked up some broccoli on the side, and threw it in along with some cheese.

They represent containers following the 21 Day Fix meal plan.
Each container is a different size, and depending on what calorie intake you want, you know how many of each to eat in a day.
For someone who likes to plan, and check off lists, this type of thinking is perfect for me.
It doesn't take long until it's habit to think in these terms - I have a good visual of what a cup of veggies looks like and I have a mental list going all day long. I used to track each day via an app, now that was perfect for me until my mental note pad was perfected. I still sometimes will use the app when I go a little off track, or need to increase my water intake.

💙 - Healthy Fats

If the quantity works out to less than 1/4 of a container (unless blue) I don't count it overall, just more of a mental note.
