April 2016 - Tone the Tush!
The month of April was spent with me attempting to tone my backside before the the pool opens.
Every video series you do, doesn't matter what it is, will have moves targeting the booty.
And every other area of the body for that matter.
So I know the moves themselves are great (I follow direction well) but it's not like I have any professional training in this what so ever.
Just for fun, and me working towards being more comfortable in my skin.

Variety is the spice of life!,
Whatever your physical goal, there is a program out there for you.
21 day fix is my personal choice for everyone to begin with. It teaches the fundamentals, starts you into the daily workout routine and inspires you to dial in your nutrition.
I am working my way through the programs, and finding favorite things with each.
Some of these I've cycled through a few times. I prefer following individual programs rather than just hopping around from program to program.
I feel you get better results when you work the programs following the coaches advice.
